Muscle enhancers are a dime a dozen these days, as every company from here to oblivion tries to come up with a wonder drug for building a better body.
As I’ve been working towards a better physique for a few years now, I decided to give A-Max 50 a try. Perhaps this time, a product would deliver on its promises of building lean muscle mass, faster.
My Opinion of 50 A-Max (Full Review Below)
So the way A-Max works is related to a technique referred to as anabolic muscle building. They use a series of natural ingredients to achieve this, meaning that you don’t have to be ultra concerned with possible side-effects. This technique (in optimal conditions) can help keep your bodybuilding muscle during all periods of the day, as opposed to just peak periods of activity.
So what makes this supplement tick? Below, I provide a comprehensive list of everything included in A-Max 50.
What’s Inside of A-Max 50
L-Tyrosine is a critical amino acid that helps with burning fat, which then increases muscle definition (HGF Max does this as well). This approach can give the presence of a leaner physique. It’s also great as an anxiety and stress aid, as many studies have shown that regular & prolonged usage can lower your cortisol levels.
Shilajit tends to be a little on the obscure side but has been found to have the ability to boost testosterone levels by as much as 25%. This can also have an impact on your energy levels throughout the day.
Tribulus Terrestris & protodioscin are a pair of molecules that supposedly also help with testosterone production, although at this point there’s not a ton of science to support it.
Dehydroepiandrosterone tends to be more commonly known as DHEA. In this supplement, its main function is as a lean muscle developer. DHEA can also increase muscle density, thus increasing strength without making you look huge and “bulky.”
Mucuna Pruriens a little bit different than some of these ingredients, as its both a nootropic and an aphrodisiac. Also known as the velvet bean, it has been seen to improve cognitive ability in several different studies. Its inclusion in A-Max 50 is a little confusing to me; I have to admit.
Zinc is a common mineral found in several different everyday foods. It’s great as a booster for the immune system while also contributing to protein growth development.
Vitamin E is one of a few ingredients here that doesn’t really relate to muscle growth. Instead, it was included in A-Max 50 in the hopes that it would rejuvenate your sin, and give it a glow.
There are some additional components in A-Max 50, but they tend to be related purely to the functions of the ingredients listed above, and therefore tend to be of n real consequence.
Another way A-Max 50 works is by increasing your production of human growth hormone, otherwise called HGH. HGH helps with things like cell repair and muscle growth, which are both pretty important to building lean muscle and recovering from heavy workouts.
HGH originates in the pituitary gland and tends to be released during periods of sleep greater than 3 hours in length.
So, How Will A-Max 50 Help My Height?
The truth of the matter is, weight training can have a noticeable impact on your height, or at least how it’s perceived. Your fitness can and will often be directly related to your posture.
This all starts with your stomach muscles. Conditioning of your abdominal muscles directly correlates to the strength of your lower back muscles, which are incredibly important to your spine’s health. You can almost think of your core muscles as the framework for your back, making sure that you have the requisite strength to deal with gravity.
When these muscles are fatigued or generally weak, your spine will inevitably lean in direction. Eventually, your spine can become permanently contorted, resulting in a load of different spinal problems as you age.
This explains how working out these muscle groups can positively impact height for some people, as approaching this potential problem early on can get your spine back to straight. This then affects your perceived height, as you’re finally standing up straight.
While this isn’t a miracle cure, it’s one of the few ways to gain height without expensive medical procedures.
Let’s say however that Max 50 won’t cut it for someone like you…..what else is there?
There are some limited options available out there for people who have what they consider to be a severe height deficiency of more than 6 inches, but these procedures come with a heavy price tag, along with a good chance of infection.
Basically, how this works is by super slow limb amputation. Doctors separate the brown with a series of instruments, which then throughout weeks and months slowly separate the two parts, allowing new bone to (hopefully) fill in the gap. While some individuals have had great success with these sorts of procedures, there are many more who have struggled with issues such as low bone density and frequent microfractures.
If you’re curious about these surgeries (often referred to as limb lengthening procedures), you’ll have to do some searching, as they aren’t very common in the United States due to the many dangers associated with them.
Is Max 50 Worth It
Max 50 is a product that I can certainly recommend. It’s got a lot of bang for the buck, and I could see some clear effects after my 30 days of use. My muscular definition has improved, as well. Something I should mention is that, while I took these pills for 30 days, they were paired with my daily workout regimen. Taken by themselves, you’ll almost certainly notice little to no effect.
I also have to say that Vitamin D was an excellent choice. For someone like myself who frequently visits the gym, it can be difficult to keep my skin clear with the sheer amount of sweat & grime that naturally accumulate. Adding a skin clearing agent was a clever touch, and panders to the gym rat crowds.
Due to my overwhelmingly positive experience, I suggest you give A-Max 50 a shot. While it may not necessarily address your height woes, it’s packed full of substances that can almost certainly improve your quality of life.
